Project Management Expert

The role of the GTM Lead is to manage projects that ensure timely and accurate uploads and management of listings on our internal Content Management system as well as external Amazon platforms during their initial launch phase. As an expert in Amazon, you will optimize product listings for visibility and sales, track initial sales and performance metrics, and enforce all product launch tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Utilize Monday.com to refer to priority tasks and update progress
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain new product launch projects on track
  • Content/Listing Uploads:
    • Upload listing content to our internal CMS
    • Upload standalone and variated new catalog items to Amazon using flat files, ensuring key listing areas are addressed (category, pricing, creative assets, technical product details)
    • Enroll products in Amazon's early product review program, VINE
  • Listing Troubleshooting:
    • Handle all aspects of listing troubleshooting for new product launches, including suppressed listings and image/content issues
    • Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies and guidelines and are optimized for visibility and mitigate litigation risk

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads
  • Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Channel Advisor/Rithum
  • Excel skills
  • Bonus: Monday.com experience
