We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Capital Management Associate to join our team at Recooty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include reviewing investor subscription documents, preparing subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters, and sending them out to investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing investor subscription documents
  • Preparing subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters
  • Sending documents to investors
  • Performing AML procedures
  • Preparing draft emails
  • Reviewing capital letters
  • Updating IPO worksheets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Knowledge of alternative investment industry, particularly in investor relations
  • AML/KYC compliance knowledge preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
  • Good command of English language, both oral and written
  • Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary
