About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure that project plans align with client business objectives and the agency's resources. They will also oversee creative workload assignment and schedule management across all involved teams in the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to assign work to creative teams.
  2. E nsure timely delivery of day-to-day requirements to Account Managers.
  3. Manage workload and coordinate schedules of cross-functional teams.
  4. Assess requirements and make judgments regarding necessary workload reassignment and deadline negotiations with Account Managers.
  5. Schedule briefings and facilitate team meetings.
  6. Source and manage freelancers as needed.
  7. Draft baseline schedules and obtain approval from Senior Project Manager.
  8. Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  9. Track client POs, prepare PRFs, and coordinate with traffic manager for necessary paperwork.
  10. Deliver internal requirements under the supervision of Senior Project Manager, e.g., awards entries production and submission, internal AVPs, etc.

Document Management

  1. Maintain and update daily calendar schedules of teams.
  2. Create and file copies of necessary internal paperwork needed for supplier payment.

  • Knowledge of agency-client-supplier ways of working.
  • Understanding of project life cycle.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to see the big picture and strategize solutions for work delegation.
  • Able to build strong, effective relationships with internal team members.
