Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator

The role of a Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is pivotal in the success of various projects, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Key responsibilities include overseeing all recruitment-related tasks, ensuring that studies are completed in accordance with client specifications.

  1. Coordinate end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations, managing exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation to guarantee seamless execution.
  2. Develop and manage sampling plans for allocated projects, from initial setup to custom recruitment, to maximize results.
  3. Collaborate with project assistants to leverage project recruitment methodology effectively and coordinate efforts to achieve optimal outcomes.
  4. Construct alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient, enabling the team to adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Liaise with other teams to optimize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  6. Regularly review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted, ensuring timely adjustments can be made.
  7. Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request, facilitating open communication and transparency.
  8. Ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines, upholding the organization's commitment to meeting deadlines.
  9. Utilize M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  10. Attend meetings with project managers to ensure that project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly understood.
  11. Document key discussions and share notes with attendees after meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  12. Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients and ensure they are conducted on time, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-1 year of experience in market research.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.
  • Interest in the healthcare space.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
