The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment for quantitative projects in the US market, ensuring studies meet client specifications.

This role involves collaborating with other team members to deliver projects, being fully accountable for sampling and setup, and coordinating with vendors and respondents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, study invitation delivery, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Control sampling for allocated projects, from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project recruitment methodology and coordinate with project assistants to optimize results.
  • Develop a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, emails, and custom recruitment solutions.
  • Regularly review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide timely recruitment updates to the project management team.
  • Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines.
  • Implement alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Demonstrate expertise in M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to enhance project deliverability.
  • Address project managers' requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects, ensuring project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Take notes and share them with attendees after key meetings.
  • Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients and ensure they are conducted on time and as planned.
  • Monitor and report on custom recruitment performance.
  • Support PMs in ensuring that projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Setup dynamic audiences based on clients' specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0–1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
  • Interest/natural curiosity or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
