Job Title

As a Project Manager Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our customers' transformation strategy through the management of cloud, or hybrid implementation initiatives with SAP Activate methodology.

The successful candidate will have the qualifications and business acumen to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers on large scale, high risk, strategic projects, and/or lead operational projects or small engagements.
  • Conduct project planning activities and support execution of large scale, high risk, strategic projects according to the project plan.
  • Assist project PMO as needed by SAP or Customer PMO.
  • Manage sub-project group to supervise/represent a team within large project program.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Project planning and execution.
  • Team leadership and supervision.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
  • Risk management and mitigation.
  • Quality assurance and control.
  • Cost management and budgeting.
  • Resource allocation and management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree, or equivalent tertiary study.
  • 0-3 years' work experience with customer facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.
