You will deliver qualitative Lease Administration services, collaborate with internal teams, and work closely with colleagues to achieve timely and accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality Lease Administration services, verifying and cross-checking abstracts and system data.
  2. Review landlord invoices and prepare area, cost-schedule, and events variance reports.
  3. Document business processes, train and mentor new team members, and conduct audits of their work.

Requirements:

  • University Graduates with at least 3 years of Lease Abstraction experience, preferably in real estate commercial lease abstractions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook), strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Avid reader and fast learner with interest in reading, strong comprehension, and paraphrasing skills.
