Gen AI Analyst Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Gen AI Analyst to support, build and scale Gen AI initiatives within our organization.

This role focuses on leveraging Gen AI tools like ChatGPT, Glean AI and Gemini AI to design, develop and maintain AI-powered bots that enhance efficiency and optimize support operations.

  • Develop AI-powered bots: Build custom AI solutions based on identified use cases, leveraging Gen AI tools like ChatGPT, Glean AI and Gemini AI to boost efficiency through automation.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI-powered bots: Be responsible for maintaining and improving existing bots, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with program teams: Work with program teams in designing new bot projects, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • 2+ years of proven experience – whether it be in startup or corporate, you are someone who loves driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking and Python programming skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables while bringing innovative ideas to your work.
  • Project experience – has worked end-to-end on managing a complex project.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools and LLMs is a plus.
