Job Overview

This is a critical role that involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals with the primary aim of increasing market share and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote assigned pharmaceuticals to healthcare professionals utilizing established sales techniques and conducting regular visits as per designated frequency.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with healthcare professionals and achieve minimum call performance metrics.
  • Execute all agreed-upon marketing strategies and programs while maintaining high-quality execution standards.
  • Conduct various sales and promotional activities, including product detailing, presentations, and continuing medical education (CME) events.
  • Identify and select target healthcare professionals for continuous updates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or as a professional medical representative in a reputable organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Previous experience in nutritional products is an advantageous factor.
  • Aggressive, confident, self-motivated, and leadership-oriented individuals with strong selling and communication skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, be persuasive, persevering, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and good communication skills with a willingness to relocate.
