Account Manager for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise

This position involves overseeing key customer accounts on a partner platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years experience in account/project/order management for promotional products/branded merchandise
  • Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management
  • Strong communication skills in english (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
