Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in investigating and resolving customer claims related to promotional merchandise.

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by managing and investigating incoming customer claims in a timely and professional manner.

This includes:

  • Managing and investigating incoming customer claims related to promotional product orders.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with internal departments such as Production, Art, Sales, Shipping, and Customer Service.
  • Communicating with customers professionally and empathetically throughout the claims process.
  • Coordinating and processing claims resolutions, including product reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all claims, outcomes, communications, and resolution actions within internal systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You should also have experience working with vendors, decorators, and fulfillment partners, and proficiency in ERP and CRM systems used in the promotional products industry.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple claims simultaneously, and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organizational habits.
