Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support for distribution-related applications, ensuring the stability and performance of these systems.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, collaborating with internal teams, and escalating critical problems.
  • They will also be involved in monitoring application performance, assisting in the deployment of updates and configurations, and documenting incidents and resolutions.
  • Furthermore, they will engage with vendors and external support teams, participate in testing and validation of application changes, and contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for distribution-related applications.
  • Monitor application performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support and other IT teams.
  • Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and configurations.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues accurately.
  • Engage with vendors and external support teams.
  • Participate in testing and validation of application changes.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of distribution or supply chain systems is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical support skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL, or scripting is advantageous but not required.
