Job Opportunity Overview

This remote position involves overseeing all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relations, lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
  • Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media
  • Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software (Appfolio)
Requirements:
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements
  • Proficiency in property management software Appfolio
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
