Job Title: Sales Administrator - Custom Apparel Division
Job DescriptionAs a sales administrator for the custom apparel division, you will play a crucial role in processing repeat orders for existing clients. This involves using Xero and supplier websites to ensure seamless communication and efficient order management.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative or customer service experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also essential.
You will be responsible for calculating pricing using established markup matrices based on order quantities, liaising with clients regarding quotes and order specifications, and coordinating with graphic design teams for mockups and visual presentations.

- Communicate with office team via video link for questions and guidance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
- Experience with Google Workspace (particularly Google Docs).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
