At TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Bank Sales Representative to join our team.

This role involves servicing the needs and concerns of assigned merchants, providing assistance to company promotions and projects, conducting searches and evaluation of prospective merchants for affiliation within your area of responsibility by building their portfolio, reviewing actual billings against targets, and preparing weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.

The ideal candidate will have a college graduate background, minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, exposure in working within the banking/financial/fintech industry, and experience in Merchant Acquiring is an advantage. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to do field work which involves visiting different branches, have no active loans or credit issues, and be comfortable with a 90% field work, 10% work from home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing the needs and concerns of assigned merchants
  • Providing assistance to company promotions and projects
  • Conducting searches and evaluation of prospective merchants for affiliation
  • Reviewing actual billings against targets and preparing weekly and monthly analysis reports
  • Field work within your designated area is required
