Job Description

The primary function of this position is to support the Replenishment Planner in creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring timely stock replenishment and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This position will be responsible for managing intercompany flows, handling procurement activities, and analyzing critical exception messages to resolve issues efficiently.

Key performance metrics include monitoring and reporting on Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and Inventory levels. Opportunities to improve customer service through inventory management or delivery performance enhancements will also be identified and addressed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with SAP or other ERP software.
  • Understanding of MRP, Procurement, and Purchasing processes.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work necessary hours to meet deadlines and travel when needed.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global time zones.
