The role of Operations Manager-Design Services involves leading and managing a team to drive strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and align with company goals.

Job Functions
  • People Management & Leadership: Lead 3–6 Design Team Leads, recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, manage workload distribution, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Workforce Management & Resourcing: Establish project resourcing processes, assign tasks based on team members' strengths, build business cases for team growth, and oversee quality standards.
  • Operations, Strategy & Process Improvement: Develop operational strategies, monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Partner with Finance and Senior Leadership to forecast budgets, ensure team operations within approved budgets, and proactively manage expenses.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Operations Management experience.
  • Understanding of Telecommunications FTTx network design and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, capable of identifying trends and making informed decisions.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
