Client Relationship Development Officer

The Branch Banking Group is seeking experienced sales professionals from the automotive, pharmaceutical and insurance industries to join us in multiple sites across North Luzon.

In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and enhancing client relationships, striving to boost deposits through personalized sales approach, cross-selling initiatives, and proactive communication.

  • Drive sales acquisition and customer retention efforts in line with the store's growth strategy.
  • Grow assigned managed accounts by deepening client relationships and improving share of wallet.
  • Promote and sell banking products and services to qualified clients to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of proven sales experience in insurance, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or other consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment.
