Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service and daily product listing checks.
  • Respond to inquiries with clear communication.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and negative feedback.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Attention to detail and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient.
