We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional IT service remotely. This role involves providing technical assistance for PCs, Windows operating systems, and Apple mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer technical support for PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Apple iOS devices.
  • Detect and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Document and manage support requests through a ticketing platform.
  • Maintain clear communication with users to facilitate prompt resolutions.
  • Evaluate complex incidents and escalate them to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality policies.
  • Troubleshoot audio and video issues during video conferencing sessions.
  • Administer user onboarding processes by adding accounts to relevant systems.
  • Oversee user deactivation procedures by removing accounts from these platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
  • Create and manage distribution groups in Office 365.

  • Maintains confidentiality and addresses sensitive requests professionally.
  • Exhibits outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills supporting employees at all levels.
  • Operates independently in dynamic, remote work environments.
  • Has prior experience providing support for PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Apple iOS devices.
  • Understands basic networking concepts and troubleshoots issues effectively.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Adept at creating and managing distribution groups in Office 365.
