About this role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services.
Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with various teams to handle customer needs and provide excellent service promptly and professionally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Composing thoughtful responses to various customer requests.
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team.
  • Interacting with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Logging, managing, and following up on all customer support tickets.
  • Performing problem-solving tasks, providing answers to product-related questions, and ensuring issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks when requested by the client.
  • Proactively monitoring dashboards and platforms and actively reaching out to customers who need extra support with troubleshooting.
  • Escalating issues timely to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
  • Delivering service excellence and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on product and service knowledge through collaboration with the external team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Technical Support.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn about networks and IT technology.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CLOUD-BASED APPLICATIONS AND MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS.
  • EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND COMMUNICATE COMPLEX IDEAS TO CUSTOMERS.
  • QUICK LEARNING CAPABILITY FOR NEW TECHNOLOGY, SYSTEMS, AND APPLICATIONS.
  • THE ABILITY TO ACCEPT FEEDBACK GRACEFULLY AND WITH AN OPEN MIND.
  • CUSTOMER ORIENTATION AND THE ABILITY TO ADAPT/RESPOND TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHARACTERS.
