Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll Consultant. This role involves architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, and demonstrating configurations through the development of prototype systems.

The consultant will also work with the data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience

A strong understanding of payroll operations, including absence and time tracking, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
