Senior Data Insights Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business performance through high-quality insights and solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Management
- Lead a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
- Analytics Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
- Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
- Recruitment, Training & Collaboration
- Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
- Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
- Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.
- Process Improvement & Innovation
- Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience using Circana, Nielsen, syndicated data in day-to-day work with Client brands.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Client market desired.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
- Solid understanding of business problem-solving and client management.
- Proven experience managing distributed or offshore teams with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
