Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Innovation, Information Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.">
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in knowledge management, innovation strategy, or organizational development roles.">
  • Proven success in designing knowledge systems and enabling innovation through structured learning.">
  • Familiarity with innovation methodologies (e.g., design thinking, lean startup) and foresight tools.">
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.">">
