Financial Controller Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Financial Controller with expertise in property accounting and financial reporting to manage our organization's financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial functions for real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Utilize specialized software to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using financial management tools to guarantee accurate financial data.
  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for review by senior management.
  • Assist with annual audits and tax preparation.
  • E nsure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Proven experience in Property Accounting.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with property accounting systems.
    • Strong skills with financial management software, particularly in bookkeeping.
    • In-depth understanding of property financial workflows, including rent collection, owner payouts, and property expense tracking.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
