Key Roles and Responsibilities

A skilled Real Estate Analyst is needed to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. As a key member of the finance department, you will work closely with senior management to prepare accurate funding reports, create comprehensive liquidity statements, and analyze multifamily market trends.

Detailed Tasks
  • Weekly Funding Report: Prepare timely and accurate funding reports for senior leadership.
  • Monthly Reports: Develop comprehensive liquidity statements, monitor compliance, and analyze multifamily market trends.
  • Quarterly/Year-end Loan Compliance Reporting: Create detailed reports for major lending partners.
  • Quarterly Ground Lease Reporting: Ensure timely reporting and variance analysis for ground lessees.
  • Yardi Reports: Generate customized reports for asset managers, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Loan Financing/Refinancing: Coordinate loan requests, prepare underwriting, and review closing documents.
  • Yearly Budget: Assist in budget preparation, training, and review for multifamily, general ledger, and office suites.
  • 1031 Exchange: Identify replacement properties, calculate tax implications, and maintain property tax basis.
  • Acquisitions/Dispositions: Manage due diligence, closing documents, and exchange setup.
  • Summary Of Acquisitions, Dispositions, Financing And 1031 Exchanges: Maintain a comprehensive summary of company transactions.
  • Property Tax Basis: Update property tax basis on a quarterly basis.
  • LoanBoss: Ensure accuracy and maintain loan information in LoanBoss.
  • Special Reports: Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting preferred.
  • MBA degree a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
  • Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to generate high-quality work product under tight deadlines.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
