We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead, manage and execute award submissions for top-tier national and international programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an annual awards submission calendar based on strategic relevance and deadlines.
  • Identify eligible projects, awards and categories across residential and design sectors.
  • Prepare and manage award submissions, including image curation, text development, project storytelling and online form completion.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to gather assets, photography and plans.
  • Maintain records of submissions, deadlines and results.
  • Advise on photography, presentation and narrative positioning to maximize chances of winning.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing architecture and design award submissions.
  • Strong familiarity with award platforms: AIA, Architizer, Dezeen, Dwell, Interior Design Best of Year, The Plan, WAN etc.
  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for architectural storytelling.
  • Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear engaging language.
  • Comfort working with architects creatives and photographers.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won.
Preferred (But Not Required)
  • Experience with press kits media relations or architecture PR.
  • Background in architecture journalism or design communications.
