Senior Project Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and architecture to oversee high-profile projects from conception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, 3D modeling software, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that meet client expectations and timelines.
  2. Lead a team of architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize project workflows.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a senior architect or project manager.
  3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  4. Strong technical expertise in 3D modeling software, such as ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
