The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media. They will also ensure an active pool of candidates for easy endorsement to the hiring department.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize recruitment platforms to find top talent and maximize their potential.
  • Application Screening: Screen received applications to identify the best fit for the company.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate with applicants and interviewers on interview schedules.
  • HR File Maintenance: Maintain orderly records of all HR files for ready reference.
