Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Social Media Leader to spearhead our social media strategy, develop engaging content, and drive brand awareness. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing social media channels for maximum impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
  • Lead and collaborate with global social media teams to ensure consistency and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Strong proficiency in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera
