About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global social strategy, driving business growth across key platforms. This role will be responsible for designing and continuously improving our social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a solid social media strategy, incorporating strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels.
  • Lead the creation of global social media calendars, adopting a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
  • Manage daily social operations across global social platforms, fostering effective engagement with followers.
Ideation and Analysis:
  • Lead the development and execution of social media content, collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Oversee community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
