About Us:

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in licensing, software quoting, and revenue models.

This role involves working closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and retention. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying key stakeholders, and proactively starting the procurement/renewal process three months prior to the renewal date.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work cross-functionally, and have experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.

  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV) Revenue Models

  • Risk Identification and Escalation
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Procurement and Renewal Process

Requirements:

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant or Sales Engineer
  • Knowledgeable in Privilege Access Management and Cybersecurity Best Practices
  • Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is a big plus
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients
  • Ability to understand high-level technical aspects of the product and provide business and technical solutions
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
