About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires leadership in coordinating delivery efforts for Application and Identity Governance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of delivery for Application and Identity Governance projects.
  • Define project scope, assess current implementations, and develop project structures.
  • Design, implement, and oversee technical solutions using Pathlock.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in project work to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security space.
  • Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of identity management solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects.
  • Knowledge of Pathlock and similar products.
  • Knowledge of authentication technologies and integration to enterprise products.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and IT landscape.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
  • Functional team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to be a hands-on contributor.
