
IT Recruitment Strategist

Talent Acquisition Lead is a leadership role responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and process to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of recruiters, develop talent pipelines, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
About This Role- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals in Latin America.
- Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
- Provide team metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
- Act as escalation point for issues that arise and identify optimum solutions for both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning.
- Deliver effective performance optimization of team members, ensure KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans devised, and mentoring provided.
- Recruit and induct new staff as required, ensuring effective training and on-boarding processes minimize disruption.
- Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Perform range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
- Help team and individual members meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddle and team meetings with established agendas.
- Serve as front line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
- Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate excellence.
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
- Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes and interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
