Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Talent Acquisition Lead is a leadership role responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and process to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of recruiters, develop talent pipelines, and implement effective sourcing strategies.

About This Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals in Latin America.
  • Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide team metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
  2. Act as escalation point for issues that arise and identify optimum solutions for both parties.
  3. Support recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning.
  4. Deliver effective performance optimization of team members, ensure KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans devised, and mentoring provided.
  5. Recruit and induct new staff as required, ensuring effective training and on-boarding processes minimize disruption.
  6. Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  7. Perform range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
  8. Help team and individual members meet established goals and metrics.
  9. Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddle and team meetings with established agendas.
  10. Serve as front line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups.
  11. Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
  12. Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
  13. Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
  14. Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate excellence.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
  • Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes and interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
