We are seeking a senior engagement professional to drive transformational growth and deliver strategic outcomes for our clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and the ability to shape and execute large-scale engagements that meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding Sales & Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment across customer projects, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of large and transformational engagements at executive-level customers.
  • Provide guidance to ensure alignments across each customer's projects.
  • Drive delivery of expected outcomes and be recognized as a business contributor, industry, and product specialist.

Pre-Sales Alignment Activities:

  • Project kickoff and setting clear expectations.
  • Bringing industry expertise and perspective to inform solutions.
  • Driving better outcomes through extensive platform knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and solutions.
