Global Transformation Director

This is a pivotal role for a skilled professional to direct the transformation of a global enterprise-wide S/4HANA system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of this project meets strategic objectives and maintains business continuity in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan for the global S/4HANA transformation.
  • Provide leadership and governance to ensure programme objectives are met while maintaining stakeholder relationships at executive level.
  • Oversee systems integration partners and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage programme risks, change control, and budget.
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse cross-functional teams globally.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills with the ability to manage large budgets.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of additional European languages an advantage.
