Job Title: Technology Strategist

This role focuses on driving the development of digital engineering technology within a consulting service line. As a key leader, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of this competency and fostering growth and success in digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Maintain effective communication with team members.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop specialized career paths aligned with associates' aspirations.
  • Drive talent acquisition, performance, and team development through clearly defined metrics and objectives.

Technical Expertise

  • Demonstrate deep process and technical knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, IoT, AI, and other emerging technologies.
  • Proven leadership experience in the financial services sector with expertise managing large-scale teams across multiple geographical locations.
  • Expertise in digital and emerging technologies:
  • Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Apache Flink/Cloud Flow, Apache Kafka, Hibernate
  • Databases: DynamoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, MongoDB
  • Public Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Architecture & Design: Microservices, API Gateways, Event-driven, Streaming, API design
  • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Web Server: Tomcat
  • Build & Packaging Tools: Maven, Gradle
  • Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
    • Strong understanding of tools and processes:
    • SDLC Methodologies: Agile and Waterfall
    • Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Prevent, SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, AquaSec, Mend

Business Development and Client Engagement

Technology Innovation and Delivery Excellence

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends to strengthen competency capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Analyze current IT environments and industry trends to identify engagement and client service opportunities.

Communication and Client Management

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
  • Present technical conclusions through reports, documentation, and professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Deliver solution architecture presentations tailored to various stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 13+ years of experience.
