We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Services Representative.

Job Description

This is a fast-paced and creative role that offers a high-performance environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving program goals and objectives, working closely with the client's Customer Success team to understand their needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of data analysis and research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain databases to reflect customer information
  • Review and analyze data provided by clients to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain documentation and reporting systems to track data and performance metrics
Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
