We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Client Insights Analyst.

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for designing scalable insight engines, prototyping decision-support systems, and leading analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to drive executive decision-making and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills.
  • Play a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation.
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting.
