Building Information Modeling Specialist

As a detail-oriented and organized Building Information Modeling (BIM) professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing drawings with the team lead and engineers to guarantee alignment with project objectives. They will also proactively advise the team lead of any delays or scope changes and ensure that drawings are completed to the required quality, schedule, and standards.
Maintaining up-to-date job folders and progress reports is essential for this role, as well as participating in project meetings and conference calls as needed.
With a strong background in detailing steel and concrete structures, timber experience is a plus but not necessary. Proficiency in Revit, along with additional experience in tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing, is expected.
This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and intuition. Experience working on water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story structures with typical detailing is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma with 8–10+ years of experience.
- Skilled in detailing steel and concrete structures; timber experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Revit, with additional experience in tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
