Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Designer to lead our modeling team and ensure the quality and accuracy of models. This role will involve coordinating with clients and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet industry standards.
  • Develop and implement modeling best practices, ensuring construction documents are accurately modeled.
  • Work closely with the project team to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and external teams, proactively addressing any issues or challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design, with expertise in mid-sized projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design.
