Job Description

This role involves entering assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor, creating CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, annotating drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and completing accurate and on-time processing of assigned work.

The successful candidate will ensure duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards, identify incomplete information and verify with the customer, communicate with customers through phone, email, and support desk software, and maintain status of tickets in Freshdesk.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM or VDC with an emphasis in HVAC or Mechanical, proficiency in Revit, and preferably proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct).

The ideal candidate will be able to use Microsoft Office proficiently, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, build and maintain rapport with customers, resolve conflicts in a professional manner, work collaboratively and demonstrate commitment to getting the job done, self-motivate, be organized and detail-oriented, present information effectively, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have excellent company product knowledge.
