We are seeking an experienced appointment coordinator to manage transportation services for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer service.

- Manage client schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.
