We are seeking a seasoned team leader to oversee the performance of our employees, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure individual goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating tasks, fostering teamwork to achieve shared objectives, and conducting regular touch base meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and identify development opportunities.
You will be responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
Coordinating and assigning tasks to the team members and ensuring that everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
Responsible for conducting touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions, identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.
Ensuring deadlines are met, monitoring progress, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
Collaborating with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
