  • Coordinate client communications and facilitate approvals.
  • Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.
  • Organize creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools.
  • Support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates.
  • Monitor and manage social media inboxes and Google reviews for multiple clients.
  • Respond to messages and comments professionally and in line with brand tone.
  • Escalate complex inquiries or feedback to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing support or a similar role.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborative and proactive problem-solving mindset.
