Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

Job Overview

This role involves developing and managing social media calendars for multiple food brands, aligning all social content with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media strategy, marketing performance, and aesthetics. They will be responsible for determining which posts to boost, schedule optimally, and execute without assistance.

In addition, they will run Meta ads efficiently, set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns. The candidate must also track KPIs and correlate social content with operational performance and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media calendars for multiple food brands
  • Align all social content with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions
  • Determine which posts to boost, schedule optimally, and execute without assistance
  • Run Meta ads efficiently, set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Track KPIs and correlate social content with operational performance and in-store sales

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated professional with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience running social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in F&B or retail
  • Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Fluent in social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics
  • Understands how social media drives business results, not just impressions
