Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records, prepare complex financial reports, and ensure the accuracy of financial information for our business.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP, and experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. They will also assist in auditing processes and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Beyond their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in a senior or accountant-level role
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle complex data analysis
  • Knowledge of GAAP: Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations
