Job Description

The Service Operations Manager is responsible for supervising direct reports across multiple sites remotely, handling invoicing for various customers, and ensuring efficient operations to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise equipment maintenance, provide technical support, manage team resources, and ensure efficient operations meet business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with planning functions, produce key performance reports, and use data analysis to drive operational efficiency and establish KPIs.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Manage inventory, establish quality assurance processes, conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and improvements are made.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Foster customer relationships, resolve inquiries, guide the team in service delivery, and improve the customer service process.
  • Effective People Management: Set daily goals for service technicians and support staff, collaborate with higher management to meet team targets, and address straightforward issues. Provide individual performance feedback and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Safety, Health, and Environment Effectiveness: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, develop safety protocols, conduct staff training, and address safety incidents and near misses.
