We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to spearhead our global expansion efforts and drive business advancement.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales and business development, with a robust network of contacts and a proven track record of success. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, converting them into clients and ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Create and execute tailored sales strategies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain regular monthly outreach and achieve steady pipeline conversion rates.
- Lead or actively contribute to at least one successful initiative per quarter, with scope and responsibility aligned to the role's seniority.
- Consistently meet revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Demonstrate forecasting accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating deal probabilities and expected close dates.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of internal tools by documenting all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
