We seek an exceptional individual to fill a dynamic role in real estate sales and transactions. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for navigating the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to successful contract execution.

This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in managing sales transactions, marketing properties, and ensuring seamless transaction management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Transaction Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including offer writing, MLS utilization, and negotiation skills.
  • Marketing: Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients, utilizing digital platforms and social media channels.
  • Transaction Management: Utilize Google Sheets to manage and track transactions, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Clinical Data Review and Entry: Accurately review and update CRM data, providing valuable insights for future business development.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Support: Provide top-notch support to clients throughout the buying, selling, and investing process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Analysis and Consultation: Conduct thorough market analyses and consultations to identify ideal properties for clients.
  • Negotiation and Contract Execution: Effectively negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process, guaranteeing smooth transactions.
Requirements:
  • A valid real estate license, preferably as a Broker or Agent.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales and transaction management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with MLS, CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing tools.
